Any package returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.
JASPÄR cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email. The full refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Unless the mistake is on our side, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
